Attention all Charleston Area kayak anglers!!! Well the rest of ya’ll are welcome too… The Charleston Angler has given us the green light to start our new program, The Charleston Angler Kayak Fishing Club. It is a free club (no dues), we will hold monthly meetings that will rotate to each of our three locations and at every meeting there will be a seminar on something kayak fishing, (Safety, rigging, tips and techniques etc). We will also be doing monthly “Meet and Fish” events, quarterly tournaments and hopefully a yearly big kayak fishing tourney. Membership will only cost ya signing up and participating. A 10% discount will be attached to your membership card. Our first meeting will be Saturday the 23rd of October at 6:30 PM at the Summerville Charleston Angler. The Charleston Angler is the new resource for kayak fishing in and near Charleston SC. We currently carry the Freedom Hawk line of kayaks, we are also the Yak Attack VisPole dealer in the area. We are still building up our kayak fishing accessories and such but we have all the knowledge you need to fishin from a kayak.
